The cottage is situated in the English Lake District, on Watendlath Fell looking down the Borrowdale valley to some of Lakeland’s most wonderful mountains – including Glaramara, Great Gable and Scafell Pike.

Ideally located for hiking and hill walking, scrambling, climbing, canoeing, mountain biking and trout fishing, we are just a three minute walk from the beautiful village of Rosthwaite and a short trip from Keswick, Derwentwater and Buttermere.

The Barn lies in a beautiful garden, which is a peaceful haven for local wildlife, including red squirrels and a wide variety of birds.
